CAL ACE does not participate in Title IV federal financial aid. Some employers may offer tuition assistance or sponsorships; availability varies and is not guaranteed by CAL ACE.

We track outcomes internally and provide practice and preparation opportunities. Individual results vary by student.

We aim to provide reasonable flexibility within cohort guidelines. Talk with staff about available options if you anticipate conflicts.

Cancel before or on the first day of class (or within 7 days of signing up):
You may receive a full tuition refund, minus the $200 registration fee.

Leaving the course after it begins:
You may receive a pro-rated refund for the portion of the program you did not complete. The registration fee and the cost of books or uniforms are not refundable.

Refund timing: 
Refunds are processed within 30 days of cancellation.

We offer online theory while clinical rotation is in-person for California Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.

Yes, CAL ACE Nursing Academy is a CDPH-approved provider and operates in full compliance with California Education Code.

The CNA Program is total of 160 hours, consisting of 60 hours of online theory (offered Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM or 5:00 PM–9:00 PM) and 100 hours of clinical training, which may be completed either on weekdays (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM for 31 days including theory sessions and make-up days) or on weekends (Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM for 27 days including theory sessions and make-up days).

Main location is 1535 Landess Ave #103 Milpitas, CA. Online classes are conducted via Zoom video.

Total fee is $1,798 for the Online/Hybrid CNA Program. Registration fee is $200. And it is refundable after the first day of class! Tuition payments would be this: $200 before Day 1, $800 due Week 3, and $798 due Week 6. Payments accepted via Zelle, credit card, cash, or check.

Good news, the registration fee is refundable up until the first day of class. For day 2, the student should have decided from the first day, allowing you to test waters, then tuition is no longer refundable.

Students paying in installments receive: digital textbook, 1 uniform set, clinical starter kit, state exam readiness kit, job tools & career support, pinning ceremony, and graduation ceremony. Students paying in full on or before Week 1 receive everything above, plus a blood pressure and stethoscope kit and paperback textbook.

Selected employers sponsor the program fees and offer job placement upon completion, making tuition 100% free for eligible students.

Must be at least 16 years old, based or migrating to California, have a Tax ID or SS Number, driver’s license or passport, and provide Covid card, TB test, and physical exam.

  • Theory classes are conducted online, while clinicals are in-person.

We have a list of employers available. We can also help with job search but it of course depends on you as to what kind of work culture you are looking for.

CDPH states in their website that tests can be taken within two years, however, we recommend that students should take it within six months while lessons are still fresh.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure you don’t fall behind, we offer make-up classes for any missed sessions.

yes! The student can join the class alternating since the lessons in either time are the same.

CNA certifications typically need to be renewed every two years. The renewal requirements vary by state but generally involve completing a certain number of continuing education units (CEUs). CAL ACE Nursing Academy offers CEU courses to help you meet these renewal requirements.

usually starts at 7:00 am. There are weekends and there are weekday clinicals as well. The student can choose based on her availability.

yes there are program Orientation before Day One. A scheduled day is emailed to accepted students. It allows the student to decide to proceed or not to proceed. The program is transparent. YOu are not forced to. In fact we can refund your registration fee and tuition fees after the first day of class. Afterwards, the registration is no longer refundable since we already gave you enough time to think about going to the program.

No. The student shall go to the nearby sites only. If from Sacramento, the student dont need to be in the San Jose or Santa Cruz locations, but definitely invited.

You may be allowed for reasonable or emergency situations. Be aware that the student still has to do makeup classes to recover the hours missed.

 It shall be for the state or CDPH to decide. We have cases previously that students still receive their license depending on, like I said, what the state decides.

it should depend on the facility or employers. Some of them have a special consideration for anyone between 16 to 18 years old of age.

The passing rate is 99.7 percent. Our students are from different backgrounds and ages. The oldest student we had was 78 years old, and English was not his first language. With our approach, he was able to pass the exams? He even worked at a nursing home afterwards.

The program can help you as much as we can. The student should be aware that the state exams are in English and should show proficiency in English. When working, the patient’s general language is usually in English as well. Of course they are from other nationalities.

Processing times can vary depending on the state and verification requirements.
